PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are four payment options available for your shopping.

1. Credit Card

VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS

and DINERS cards are accepted.
Install payment plans are available with selected VISA cards.Please check with your credit card company for the availability.

2. Freight Collect:

Yamato Transport will collect your payment at your doorstep at the time of delivery.
Extra \315 will be charged for Freight Collect service fee.

3. Bank Transfer

Transferring due amount from your bank account to our bank account.

Shipping arrangement will not be made until we confirm your payments in our bank account.
Payment transfer needs to be completed at least three days before the date of delivery you requested.If we cannot confirm your payment in our bank three days before the delivery date, your order may be canceled.
You are responsible for paying bank transfer fees.

SHOPPING RECEIPT

a.Customers using Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Online Banking for payments

An invoice (in Japanese) will be delivered to you together with your wines for your record.However, if you would like to receive a shopping receipt, we are able to send it to you separately via postal mail.Please request a shopping receipt when you place an order.Make sure to provide us a payer's name for the receipt. We are not going to issue a receipt without payer's name on it.

b.Customers using Freight Collect Service

A carbon copy of delivery invoice from Yamato Transport will be available as a formal recei.

Q.Can I make change on the payment method after placing an order?

A.

For credt card, bank transfer, Freight Collect service customers

You may be able to make change on the payment method if the payment has not yet been completed.Please contact us immediately if you need to make change on the payment method.

Q.Can you send me a shopping receipt after I receive wines?

A.Yes. A receipt will be sent to you separately bypostal mail.

Please contact us andrequest a receipt.Please have yourorder number, name, address and phone number ready.

Q.Can I receive points for my ENOTECA point card?

A.

No. ENOTECA Point will not be rewarded. The pointcard will be used only in retail ENOTECA wine shop.

Q.I have not received a bank transfer request form ENOTECA.

A.

We do not send customers a bank transfer request formof any bank. When you choose banktransfer for your payment, we will inform you the payment instruction viaemail. Please follow the instruction.

Q.I am a Club ENOTECA member.
Is there any benefit for shopping at ENOTECA Online?

A.

This Services is Only Available in Japanese Shopping Site.

Please note that we do not ship wines outside Japan.

Shipping company

Yamato Transport is the shipping agent.

Most orders are processed and shipped on the following day of your online order entry. They are usually delivered within 2 to 4 days from the date of the order. If there is a delivery delay, we will notifiy you immediately via email.

 

630 yen flat rate will be charged for the regular delivery service nationwide.

One delivery box can hold 9,000ml(750ml x 12) of wine in volume maximum.

Six Delivery Time-Zone Service is available. You may specify the follwoing delivery time zone.
1. Before noon 2. 12:00-14:00 3. 14:00-16:00
4. 16:00-18:00 5. 18:00-20:00 6. 20:00-21:00

FREE Shipping

1. Shipping charge will be free on the orders containing more than 9,000ml (750mlx12) of wine in total volume. Wines must be shipped together to the same destination on the same day.

2. An order contains one or more Free Shipping wine(s).>>

*Wine sets such as Party Pack, Ever Green Box and other 12 bottle free shipping sets, and also one/half case order of same wines CANNOT be the part of 9,000ml volume discount. Shipping charge will be applied if the total volume of additional wines that you order with above mentioned sets and/or case/halfcase orders is less than 9,000ml.
If you choose Collect or Cool delivery service, additional \315 (per box) for Collect service and \210 (per box) for Cool delivery service will be charged on your order.

If your order contains Pre-arrival item or items that have fixed delivery date, we will ship the items separately from other regular items in same order. If the total volume of the order goes down less from 9,000ml, shipping charge will be applied to the order. If the total amount of wines in your order becomes less than 9,000ml as a result of a change or cancellation that you made, you will also be responsible for the shipping charge.

*Please note that \210 will be charged per box if you choose Cool delivery (Refrigerated truck service) option for your order.

Cool Delivery service

"Cool Takkubin" or "Cool Delivery service" is a delivery made by a temprature controlled refregirated truck. According to the Yamato Transport website, delivery items in trucks are chilled to as low as 3 degree celsius while they are on the truck . The service is available year around. ENOTECA Online suggests customers to use Cool delivery service during hot weather seasons (between May to the end of October) to avoid possible damages on wines causd by the heat. Temprature of most areas in Japan during hot weather season is in between 20 to 40 degree celsius.

Please note that our shipping department will be closed from Aug. 13th to 17th due to a periodical system maintenance. The orders taken online during the week will be shipped out after Aug. 18th. If you would like to receive wine between August 13th to 17th. Please place an order by August 11th with delivery request date specified. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.

Q.Can I change the delivery date?

A.

If the request is made a day before the delivery date...

Yes. You can change the delivery date. Please contact us immidiately for the change.

If the request is made on the delivery date.

Please contact us to check the delivery slip number, and contact nearest Yamato Transport office for change.

Q. Will I get free shipping if I order a case of wine?

A. If you order more than 12 bottles of 750ml wines, you will get free shipping.

Please read the Free Shipping section for detail.

Q. Can you split my order and deliver them to multiple destinations?

A. We are not able to split an order and send items to multiple destinations separately. If you need to send wines to more than 2 destinations, please order them saparately.

Q. I want to send wines to my friends as a gift, and I do not want you to send an invoice together to the delivery address.

A. If you order wines as a gift, we will not send an invoice to the delivery adresses.

If a recipient's name and adderess is different from the sender, we will not send an invoice or reciept to the delivery address.

Sender will receive an invoice by separately postal mail .

Q.Can I receive wines at an ENOTECA retail wine shop?

A.

Wines you purchased at ENOTECA online can not be received at ENOTECA retail shops on the street. Wines can only be received through delivery.

Q.I am placing an order today but can you deliver the order a month later?

A.

Wines we sold are needed to be shipped out within 2 weeks from the date of order. Please place an order later day if you would like to receive your order 2 weeks or more later. If you wish to store your wines for more than 3 months, you have a choice to rent a cellar through our Rental Cellar Service.

Order Cancellation

Before ship out

We will process the cancellation immidiately. Please inform us your name, address, phone number and the order number.

After ship out

Please inform us your order information. You will need to pay shipping charge if you ask for a cancellation or deny shipment for your own reasons.

Changing ordered item

If you would like to make change on your order, please request us the change immidiately within the date you placed an order. We may not be able to make chages once the shipping arrangement is made.

Return or Exchange

--Unopened bottle

If you receive wrong or damaged item, please inform us within 7days from the date of delivery. We will accept returns for exchange. In the case if those items are sold out, we will fully refund your payment.

We will not accept cancellation, exchange, refund and return for the items after 7days from the date of delivery.

--Opened bottle

Due to the charactaristics of the merchnadise, we are not able to refund payments or accept returns once bottles are opened.

Pack separate orders into one box. We do not pack multiple orders into one shippping box.

Q.Can you arrange several cases of wines for my party?

A.

Please let us know the number of wines you need, budget and a use. We will find the wines best matches to your needs.

Q.Will you wrap a gift?

A.We have following gift wrapping options:

Q.I have not received an automatic order confrimation email.

A.

If you do not receive an automatic order confrimation email within 24 hours from us after placing an order, there may be an error in the ordering process. Please contact us to make sure your order has been correctly placed.

Q.Can you store wines that I bought?

A.

Yes. We have wine storage service called the RentalCellar Service (Japanese Only). We can store your winesin a secure temprature and humidity controlled aging cellar throughout a year. You will be able to store wines that you bought from other wine shops as well.

Q.What is Pre-arrival

A.

Pre-Arrival is the wines that we purchase from wineries, Chateau or negotiant or other partners, but has not yet arrived for delivery.

We import hard-to-find old vintage and rare wines as Pre-arrival from trustable trade partners. The conditions of those wines are guaranteed. Please note that Pre-arrival is different from regular items sold in our shop. You may need to wait for several weeks or even months to receive wines.

Q.What is Primeur or Bordeaux Future ?

Primeur is a unique future trade of barrel aging wines, developed by Chateaus in Bordeaux. There is no other way to enjoy the excitement of purchasing wines still aging in barrels, except Primeur in Bordeaux. With Primeur, you are guaranteed to obtain rare and or limited produced premium wines in the market, and will be experiencing a pleasure of receiving premium wines directly imported from Chateau.

Traditionally, Primeur is only opened for professional wine merchants for long years. Every Spring, all Chateaux open their cellars to the industry to promote their new vintage wines in barrels. Primeur is one of the largest hot events in Bordeaux where hundreds of people from the industry gather from all over the world to purchase future wines.
